Class Fees are based on a Season total NOT the number of classes in a month. There are no refunds or pro-rating for missed classes. Missed classes can be made up. If you attend more than one class there are no refunds if you do not continue. Charges will continue unless you notify CDS in writing by email or mail that you will not be returning. Charges will be stopped beginning the month after receipt of the withdrawal notification. We accept credit/debit card, PayPal, cash, check and Money orders. Participation in dance classes is at your own risk. We take pictures and video during class and events. By registering at CDS you agree to allow you or your child's photos/videos to be used for advertising purposes. If you do not want your photos/videos used please notify Casa Dance Studio by email. By filling out this registration form you acknowledge agreement to all above terms & conditions.
Classes will be scheduled Mon-Fri 4pm to 10pm
Morning classes can be accommodated. Sat classes will be added if needed.

RED LEVEL Classes available for 7 to 12 years INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED. MUST Audition for this Level.

Intermediate/Advanced Audition Only Levels RED (7 yrs-12 yrs Interm/Adv)* BLACK (13 & up Interm/Adv)*
* If auditioning for Red or Black level Ballet, Jazz or Modern student must register for and take at least 2 Ballet classes. If auditioning for Red or Black level Tap or Acro student must register for and take at least 1 Ballet class.
Yellow level (exp 2.5 yrs-beg 3.5yrs) 45min
Gold level (exp 3.5 yrs-beg 4.5 yrs) - 45 min
Pink Level (Exp 4.5 yr olds to beginner
